Application Instructions

Surface Preparation

• Ensure wooden surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, and grease.
• Recommended timber moisture content: 8%–14%.

Application

• Apply using a brush, roller, or machine application system.
• Ensure sufficient clamping pressure for proper surface contact.

Clamping Pressure

• Softwoods: approximately 300 kPa
• Hardwoods: approximately 600–900 kPa

Pressing Guidelines

Cold Press Bonding

• Press bonded parts together for approximately 20–30 minutes.

Hot Press Bonding

• Press firmly for approximately 6–10 minutes.
• Recommended application temperatures: 50°C–80°C.

Cleaning & Storage

• Clean tools and excess adhesive with water while still wet.
• Do not use below +5°C.
• Close packaging tightly after use.
• Store in a cool, dry, frost-free environment.
