Application Instructions

Surface Preparation

• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and oil.
• Recommended timber moisture content: 8%–14%.

Application

• Apply directly using the specially designed application bottle.
• Ensure even adhesive coverage on bonding surfaces.

Clamping Guidelines

• Apply sufficient pressure to ensure close contact between surfaces.
• Recommended pressure:
• Softwoods: approximately 300 kPa
• Hardwoods: approximately 600–900 kPa

Pressing Guidelines

Cold Press Bonding

• Clamp bonded parts together for approximately 20–30 minutes.

Hot Press Bonding

• Press firmly for approximately 6–10 minutes.
• Recommended application temperature: 50°C–80°C.

Cleaning & Storage

• Clean tools and excess adhesive with water while still wet.
• Do not use below +5°C.
• Close packaging tightly after use.
• Store in a cool, dry, frost-free environment.
