Application Instructions

Surface Preparation

• Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and oil.
• Recommended timber moisture content: 8%–14%.

Application

• Apply directly using the specially designed application bottle.
• Ensure sufficient adhesive coverage for proper bonding.

Clamping Guidelines

• Apply sufficient pressure to ensure close surface contact.
• Recommended pressure:
• Softwoods: approximately 300 kPa
• Hardwoods: approximately 600–900 kPa

Cleaning & Storage

• Clean excess adhesive with water while still wet.
• Do not use below +5°C.
• Close packaging tightly after use.
• Store in a cool, dry, frost-free environment.
