The EAC Pafos Office is a modern administrative and operational facility developed for the Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC) in Pafos. Designed to serve as a highly functional workplace while supporting public services, the project combines office accommodation, technical infrastructure, landscaped public areas, and energy-efficient building systems within a contemporary architectural environment. The development was conceived as a landmark gateway project for the city, promoting sustainability, operational efficiency, and an improved customer experience.
Designed by Eraclis Papachristou Architects, the facility encompasses approximately 6,201 m² and integrates office spaces, public-facing service areas, green spaces, and supporting infrastructure. The architecture emphasizes transparency, natural light, environmental performance, and a strong connection between the building and its surrounding landscape.
Architectural Design Concept
The design reflects the Electricity Authority of Cyprus's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and public service. The building's contemporary form is complemented by landscaped outdoor spaces, pedestrian connections, and energy-conscious design strategies that reduce operational costs while enhancing occupant comfort. The project serves both as an administrative headquarters and as a welcoming public facility for customers and visitors.
